This is your invitation to a sacred gathering of sisters, together on this path of awakening, healing remembering.

I am opening a portal of practice, ritual and ceremony - so that we can come home to the elements of Life, listen to the plants, and do what we have done since the beginning of time - sit together in a circle, sharing, loving, supporting.

Let's come together to remember our magic and our beauty. Let's come together so that we can hold one another through the pain. Let's come together so that we can cheer as we reawaken to our true power, the embodied wisdom, the deepest intuition and innate connectedness - already there, in your Womb, waiting. Let's come together so that we can sing and dance and howl at the Moon - free, juicy, creative, alive. Together.
THE SHANTI SPACE
The venue, The Shanti Space, is an old Quinta set in a national park near Mafra, Portugal. The land is endowed with beautiful fruit trees, giant oak corks, grape vines, vistas and a stream at the end of the garden.

We will be staying within walking distance of a Wolf Recovery Center and a short drive away from the stunning coastline of the Atlantic Ocean, famous for the surf and sunsets. Lisbon and the airport are less than an hour away.
​
Despite being close to the city, the Shanti Space farm is quiet and secluded. Our practice space will be inside a beautiful converted glass Victorian greenhouse.
​
The accommodation is divided into double share rooms, rooms with a king size bed, and a dorm which sleeps six.
GETTING THERE
The nearest airport is Lisbon, less than an hour drive from the venue. There will be a group taxi pick up from centre of Lisbon in the midday of the first day of the retreat. Please make sure to arrive in Portugal ahead of that.

Through practice, ritual and Plant Medicine ceremony explore what it may mean to you to feel at home in your body, to feel at home in the world.

There are parts of our stories that feel raw to touch. There are ways in which we are divided against ourselves. There are pieces of our being disconnected from the true power of the feminine, the force buried in every Woman. We look to each other with suspicion, having forgotten the true medicine of our togetherness, the sacred sisterhood.

Can you sense the expansiveness this would create in your body? ABOUT SAN PEDRO
​
San Pedro (also known as Huachuma) is a cactus that has been used as a sacred plant medicine for at least 3,000 years in the Andes of Peru. It is a medicine that can be used to help us perceive our self-created barriers and limitations, and greatly aids us in opening and connecting with our hearts.
Each ceremony is a reunion with ourselves, Mother Nature and the Divine. It is a medicinal mirror that can help us see where we hold onto self-limiting beliefs and patterns in our lives, gently guiding us toward releasing that which no longer serves us.​
